Of course, our swimsuits are perfectly suitable to wear in the ocean. For optimal care, we do recommend rinsing out your swimsuit with cold regular/tap water after exposure to salt water or chlorine to keep your swimsuit from fading and wearing down. After a few uses, we recommend hand washing with mild detergent in cold water.
